Party On! Events TX provides event planning services for birthdays, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and more. All services are subject to availability and a written agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and payment terms.

 

2. Payments
A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event date. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

All deposits are non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined by the terms outlined in your contract. Party On! Events TX reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and timely communication

• Securing any necessary permits or approvals

• Ensuring all guests comply with venue rules and safety regulations

 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, photos, and designs, is the property of Party On! Events TX and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

6. Liability
Party On! Events TX is not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred at events

• Acts of third-party vendors, weather-related issues, or circumstances beyond our control
